Dexter had just finished setting up his lab he was finally able to step out and speak to the crow gathered outside 

"Ladies and gentlemen today is a fine day for the district of Bella Vista the fine mafioso himself Madchild has taken the rank of Godfather with that he had to decrease the size of his headquarters and expand his criminal organization with that he has given me an opportunity and allowed me to step up become his Under boss and granted me permission to run my own family within the district"

Dexter lit a quick cigar took a puff and continued

"I would like to thank Madchild for allowing me to serve beside him as his right hand it was a lot of fun I promise to continue to work hard and build a great district with you I am forever grateful to you."

"I would like to officially announce the opening of the Philadelphia Metro Police Forensics Unit , now I have quite a bit of work to get to but champagne is on me tonight and feel free to stop by if you need my expertise which is with blood."

Dexter nodded to the crowd before turning back and heading inside to finish off the work he had to do

After hearing the great news Al walks over to Dexter and Madchild. *He extends his hand* "Congratz my brothers, you both are very deserving of these promotions, its been a honor working with you both in black bottom and im glad we'll be working together in Bella Vista. Now hurry up and pop that cork already and lets start celebrating."

"I honestly cringed every time you said swag, but once I've looked beyond that one pet peeve I can see the quality of work and effort you've put in for The Undead Alliance. Whether it was helping in one of my competitions, keeping a level head in the face of adversity or just gaining MadChild-'s confidence I was impressed and pleasantly surprised with every bit of progress you made in our time working in Black Bottom. This is well deserved my friend and I look forward to continuing to work with you, even if it's from a distance."

Demonstrate pulls out a wrench and throws one at MakoLovesJynx and then continues down the road back towards the air port.

Sally walks up to Dexter, smiles and hugs him before saying a couple things..

Our bloodline has known each other for a while now but have not really had the pleasure of working together.  I look forward to seeing everything you accomplish and much more! You have definitely earned it.
