Anomaly steps out of headquarters and proceeds to head deeper into Downtown, Detroit. He grabs a bite to eat and looks at his watch almost that time. He then quickly makes his way back to his headquarters knowing he has an important meeting with his close friend BillyBoneburg.

"Its about that time, Billy." 

"I've known you for a while now, you have done nothing but help me and have shown me nothing but great things, It's time for you to have your own family and run your own show around here."

"I know you will be a great leader and will do the best you can to help me rebuild Detroit to where it needs to be."

Anomaly pulls out a two fine cuban cigars and hands one to Billy and lights the other up for himself.

It is with great pleasure that I announce the newest edition of Downtown, Detroit. "Skulls and Bones"

Anomaly then shakes Billy's hand and steps back into his headquarters knowing today will be quite busy.

Admiral steps out on the streets after pulling a long night. He had heard a lot about Billy the past weeks as he was a great help in the economic progress in Detroit. The businesses were growing bigger than  ever before and therefor Billy deserved more!

Billy, you have worked your ass of for the past weeks and you deserve no less than this opportunity! If you need any help in your progress, remember you can always hit me up! Go for it! Go!

SaintAnthony approaches Billy and extends his hand for a shake grasping Billys hand firmly in his.

Congratulations my friend! I know you'll do everyone proud and worked hard to deserve this.

Congratulations Billy! I know you've made your way through the ranks since starting with the now deceased Don Townslave and excelled each time you were trusted with more power. I've no doubt your family will flourish and prosper under the guidance of Godfather Anomaly. 

Beason gives Billy a congratulatory pat on the back before letting him do the rounds and goes off to grab another drink.

Scott-Weiland walks by the normal bakery, and notices Cristian standing outside, realizing he was a little too late for the weekly carrot cake, he rushes up to Cristian, apologizing, and then noticing his good friend BillyBoneburg being introduced as a new leader by his Godfather Anomaly.

Congratulations Billy, you are most certainly deserving, and I look forward to leading this city back to prosperity with you at our side. Congrats man!

Billy took the cigar and shook hands with the man that made it all possible. He smiled full of joy and excitement at the adventure that lay ahead. He shook hand and accepted congratulations from all who offered. He first spoke to Anomaly and Scott.

"I cannot express how thankful I am for the chance to serve along side such exceptional leaders. I know that together repairing Detroit will be a breeze and then we can face improving it into something it's never been before."

Having said that Billy turned to Anthony, Cristian and Beason.

"Thank you all for your encouraging and kind words. It really does mean a lot to me gentlemen."

Congratulations Anomaly and BillyBoneburg. Am looking forward to watching Downtown expand and build up.

Although I must say I am disappointed that Petula Clark is not here to join in the celebration!
