Billy had been extremely busy dealing with current events and recovering from the chaotic routines of war. Just as the smoke was beginning to settle so to speak he received word that he was expected at a meeting with his boss, Anomaly. He knew that this had to be about something important given the current atmosphere, but what exactly he had no clue. Upon knocking and entering the office he was soon informed that it was time for Billy to set out and serve his city not as a hand to the Godfather, but now as a crew leader. He would take all that he had learned under the wings of Townslave and Anomaly and implement his lessons along with his own leadership style to bring yet another successful organization to the streets of Downtown Detroit.

It had been a long journey for him to reach this point in his life and he knew that this new responsibility would be a great challenge to further test himself. He was not nervous, instead he was overcome with a feeling of duty to all those that placed faith in him and to those that would soon join him under one flag and push forth into the future. He knew he was fully capable for the task at hand and knew exactly what he needed to do. Now all that lay before him was the journey.

His first step would be to address the community and announce his new position within his district. He sent out word to all of the leadership of each city of the time and place and prepared himself. When the time came he stood among friends and family and spoke loudly and clearly so that all could hear him.

“Good afternoon everyone,

It brings me great pleasure to announce that today I will be starting my very own organization within Downtown Detroit with the approval of Godfather Anomaly. I’ve worked closely with this man both as a hand to Townslave, may he rest in peace, and as Anomaly’s own hand. I know that he has placed a great amount of faith in me as well as other leaders around this nation and I fully intend to serve my function as a leader to both them and those that join me in the days to follow. I look forward to the future and am very grateful to be given this opportunity. My organization will be referred to as the “Skull and Bones”, I ask that if you see someone associated with this organization know that they are under my charge. I feel this is a sufficient announcement as I could talk for ages, but I’m sure you are all busy and I can assure you I certainly will be. Thanks again to all that made this possible. I will not fail.”

He then smiled and gave a slight bow, shook hands with important social figures and was off to handle his affairs.

Best wishes to The Skull and Bones organization, Billy. I've got quite a bone myself, and am hoping to get some skull later tonight. But I digress. Good luck to you and your business endeavors, my Friend.

It's been a tough week in general with all the comings and goings but i wish you the best of luck and the heartiest congratulations on being able to step out on your own.

Kourtney approaches Billy and hands him a picnic basket full of goodies.  And by goodies this narrator obviously means guns and bullets and things.  With a smile and a handshake she nods her head at the newly authed Captain.

"Congratulations, Billy!  I know we haven't spoken much since you and yours left Chicago, but I wanted to extend my well-wishes to you on this new venture.  You have always worked very hard for your families, and it is exciting to see you step into this new role.  You will do wonderfully, and I cannot wait to see what you and your new family have in store!  Once again, congrats!"

Billy smiled and shook Sexecutioner's hand firmly and gave him a nod before speaking.

"Thank you sir, and I'm sure with your new and well deserved position as hand to the Godfather you won't have any problem finding some skull."

He grinned turning to BackToShootPeeps.

"Thank you so much sir, your congratulations are much appreciated!"

He then took the lovely gift from Kourtney and bowed slightly before speaking.

"I could say the very same to you. Though the circumstances of your taking a family of your own are not the most favorable, may the Captain rest in peace, I know he watches you now with pride that will continue to grow as you progress forward. Best wishes to you and your district as it recovers and pushes forward from these hard times."

Imhotep stops by the new HQ in DT while on a few errands in the motor city. He drops a basket off at the door containing a bottle of whiskey and some expensive cuban cigars. The card in the basket read:

"congratz on your Auth. We have never crossed paths but i am sure it was a long time coming and well deserved."

SugarKane couldn't help but be in awe of Billy.  Townslave would have been proud to see Billy step up and lead his own organization.  She knew that he would do a fantastic job, and she was happy to be a part of it. She knew that everyone would want to congratulate him, so she just stood off to the side and gave him a big thumbs up when they made eye contact.

Congrats man well deserved. Sorry i didn't get out here sooner.

Congrats  Billyboneburg. I know that you are going to be a great help to Anomaly and Scott. The three of you will bring DT back from the grounds.
