Perrin walks out of his Head quarters to address the crowd that has gathered

For what seems like eons now Cino and I have been battling it out for the title of the one mostly close, within New York, to the one and true god, Helpdesk, glory be his name.

For now we put this battle on hold. Cino you came to us as a mere wise guy. It seemed you tried to challenge me for oldest wise guy. Perrin chuckles But then you joined us and upped your game completely. You ranked, you earned and you dedicated yourself to our family and this district. You put others before yourself and this is why I am honoured today to announce to the world that you will be setting up a crew of your own within Brooklyn. I "see no" evil in you (unlike the horrible No, the guy is the devil, best wingman though), you are a shining star in Brooklyn and I look forward to see you rising higher than ever before. Goodluck and may the holy Helpdesk, oh merciful and powerful, protect you.

"I thank you, Perrin. My father may have brought me in to this life of crime at a younger age, but it doesn't change all you've taught me, being the wiser one that you are. On the other hand, if you want to talk about longest term Wise Guy, I think you may be setting a record here.

But, really, couldn't have done it without you."

Cino, I am happy you took the challenge to start your own family. As Perrin already told the crowd, you started your life here slowly, but after that turned into a speed levelling one (you should teach Perrin how you did that). And not only levelling the ranks, but also a solid, kind and trusted member.

We, Perrin and I, are sure you will make your family a great one and a good addition to Brooklyn district.
