Since the districts came in to play.(lately in dl i have seen some conversations about it as well)

I have been thinking about the fact that before districts we used to have a GF in each city and that was most prob the leader of the city.
Now the district feature came in we have a GF in each city district which is nice. it also decreases the status of being GF a little since there could be a lot of GF's around.

The thingwhat i suggest is:

Can there be build in a crew that's above all districts. kinda like we had before in this game when the districts came in. like a city leader crew.
The crew or the GF that really runs the city or earned the status being the city GF.

I think its more status feature. otherwise the insides and outs i have some thoughts about that. but i wanna test if there is more zest for such a feature in this game.

Man, i agree with it. I rather see a supreme guy in the top of an city and still needing help of others to run the entire city than 4-5 GFs and no leader at all. I belive the game need this prestigious position since it would increase the greed for it therefore increasing the chances of takedowns if the supreme GF dont acts as he should. Of course the new GF would be as killable as the others but he wold hold more powers as an leader. The supreme GF could be also authed by all GFs in a city. The GF would need high stats to take the position of course, it can be an higher level or and older acc, this is all details but the concept of an leader in each city would be great and more real. The new rank could aslo be ''City Godfather''.

i think a gf for each district is a bit much. I like your idea for a GF family at the top. Perhaps the current district GFs should be renamed / given the status of captain?

Well i think i need to explain myself a little bit more if i was not clear at my suggestion.

I'm suggesting that everything keeps right in place were it is right now.

So every district should have its GF's or Capo's would be a nice idea since that is the orginal name of the Cosa Nostra hierachy.

I don't mind how it's named. but the game suggestion i make is that on top of the district Godfathers there is placed another crew GF or a boss of all bosses crew that represent its city.
Like said before it's a status feature.
Could also benefit the organization of a city as a whole.

There is plenty of space for speculation about: should it be democraticly chosen? or do you need a higher level like 65 to achieve it etc.

First of all i wanna know if there is people around that think this would be an good idea and see them respond to this suggestion :)

only issue with that is that not all cities want to use that system. Several cities since hte districts were created have chosen to let the districts by independant of each other. so my question is how would you balance this system so that it doesn't provide an unfair disadvantage to cities who do not use it.

Philli_stein first of all i hear what you are saying.

its a good point, but if this system would take place. Its the choice of the city and their leaders to go for this upper city crew. If they don't choose to go for it. It's their own decission not to do it. So eventually they would only have themself in disadvantage not choosing for it. I dont' see any option for balance because if every city has this option. they would go for it. i can't see any city not taking this chance.

For example with the current situation:

I can say their is no district that says we don't want a District GF because we are gonna operate equal.
What happens on the background in a city is not always showed in the game itself right?

As long as i play i can remember several CL's operate as one combined as a team. this also happend in the old system before the districts.

So i understand what you are saying. but i don't see any city not take advantage of this game suggestion if it would be implemented.
Because on the background there is also another hierachy thats you won't see in the game like it always had been.
