What I am suggesting would be considered a fundamental game dynamics adjustment. I believe this change will allow for greater community inclusion and spirit.

Introduction:

Recently a shot report was made public which I felt was both impressive and frightening, whist viewing the comments and recovering for the recent ‘war’ that purged many districts I cant help but feel that it is somewhat easy to build a maxed gun which is capable of penetrating IWP members of our community.

I would like to make clear that by ‘easy’ I refer to the simple act of purchasing MIAs ets and NPC spawns. I do recognise that to build such a powerful offence it requires dedication and time but where is the difficulty beyond  wackbacks?

My question is, should it be so easy to destroy an IWP character within a matter of hours?

Propositions:

I would like to propose that in order to build a great offence there should be game dynamics in place that require a certain level of skill or teamwork to achieve such greatness.

Family Attack Effectiveness:

When a member within a family reaches a certain gun-level(call it offensive effectiveness if you will) these members and their statistics count towards the effectiveness of a family, both offence and defence stance. I believe this will promote inclusion within family structures and improve the community.

I understand this game is built on relationships within the game but it really pains me to hear that the same people are given the opportunities recognised within the current game structure  and the majority of discussions that have an effect on family member are held within coffee shops not provided by the game administrators. I feel this aspect is a huge turn off for new players, especially when they wake up dead with no communication or understand what has happened.

To finalize this point, I believe that including a game dynamic which results in more family members being accountable to the attack effectiveness will improve family inclusion. Of course there may still be discussions had in the basement but in the time of war you should need the strength of the whole family, not the few.

Responsibilities:

Secondly, to add to a point I touched on earlier, older characters have greater opportunity to build a strong gun. I believe when a higher threshold of individual attack effectiveness(gun level), higher risks should be included. When the likes of a consign / don / godfather are carrying out executions on real or non-playing characters the witness statements should include additional information such as  ‘known associates’ – this could relate to the family members who have reached a specific level mentioned in point 1. Example:

You witnessed yoga WACK cory_chase| Known associates: xyxjes

(normal stealth rules should apply to the characters etc. based on their individual stats)

I have made this suggestion because I feel the higher the rank, the less dirty work you should be doing, you should still be able to train your skill by training the junior members to increase their skill and therefore the overall offensive capabilities of the family. A godfather and his hands shouldn’t be seen carrying out these acts, IRL they get people to do it for them.

Again, I believe these additional game dynamics will include family cohesion and make for more interesting wars which actually last. I think it is ridiculous that anybody should be able to one shot anyone who is IWP (unless they get the 1%).

There are other ideas I have regarding the flow of attack, you should only be able to kill someone when you remove the fortifications(if target is in home city/disctrict) and bgs for example, ill leave these for another day. Open for discussion.

Thanks for your time.
