We will be doing a 24 hour KillFest on Thursday, October 31.

There will be thousands of Halloween themed accounts spawned in jail throughout the day.

Bust them out, shot them a few times to kill them off.  X hits to a kill. 

For every hit, you get some XP and some + to your gun (To be revealed after the event)

If you get the final kill, you get a cash bonus on top.  (Cash bonus is listed in the profile, some pay more than others)

You can shoot every 30 seconds.

Halloween profiles will look slightly different, so be sure to pay attention and only shoot ones with the orange H

This is a social event for everyone, meaning even the weakest guns will shoot straight on this day.

Play for 1 hour or 24 hours, you earn either way :)

Yes, the attack perk works this day.

This uses your attack timer, so if you shoot a real life target, you will have to wait an hour to resume shooting Halloween targets. 

1. Will cash bonuses be instant or as a lump sum after the event has finished?

It will be paid out right after the kill.

2. If some 'bounties' are worth more than others, is this because the target is harder to kill or is it just radnomly assigned?

Its just random.

3. "even the weakest guns will shoot straight on this day.". Does this mean that the weakest guns will receive a temporary 'up' to ensure they can shoot at and kill all the targets, or will everyone's wackstat just be level so that everyone is on an even keel.

We have added a hardcoded kill chance in the high 90s.  It stays the same for the entire day while shooting at halloween targets.  You can have a 10 gun or a 9000 gun, and have the same chance on the Halloween targets.  Your real gun, however, will be increasing throughout the day with every hit on Halloween characters.

Any gun will work. No skill required :)
 

They will not hurt you, so feel free to shoot the Halloween characters with reckless abandon :)

Will everyone know how many kills I got after this event? Because I'd prefer if everyone didn't know how many total wack stat was added to my gun.

Your results will be in your personals with the final number.

Will this event start at 00:00 on the 31st?

The Halloween event will take place on.... Halloween 00:00 to 23:59:59  :P

Apart from the cash we receive and the experience will there be anything giving out to the person who has the best score overall for the day ??

Because we know that some people parties to go to, have children, or are big children themselves, we decided to make this a friendly non competitive thing.  We encourage those to participate even if you only have half hour, for there is no "you only win if you make the top 10 of the day" type thing.

Will our normal every day activities still count for the regular xp?

Yup, everything else is normal.  One point though is that if you tie up your gun timer on other things like IAs, you will only be earning the normal amount, where as using your gun for event targets nets more because of the quantity/rate at which you can kill.
