We will be doing a 24 hour KillFest on Thursday, October 31 starting at 00:00 and ending at 23:59:59

There will be thousands of Halloween themed accounts spawned in jail throughout the day.

They do not have a location when they are spawned in jail, when you bust it out of jail, it will go to your city that you are currently in.

It takes 4 wounds, then a final 5th kill shot to kill them.

Skill does not matter, weak guns or nukes will hit the same % of the time. This is a social event for everyone, meaning even the weakest guns will shoot straight on this day.

For every hit, you get some XP and some + to your gun (To be revealed after the event)

If you get the final kill, you get a cash bonus on top. 

The cash bonus is listed in the profile, some pay more than others, there are a few realllly high paying ones too.

If you click their name in the profile, it will load the wack screen as normal.

You can shoot every 30 seconds.  It uses your attack timer so if you shoot an IA you will busy up your timer and be unable to shoot the targets for the killfest event until its cleared.

Flights are normal times.

The Wack Perk works during this event and lets you shoot again.

Play for 1 hour or 24 hours, you earn either way :)

You will get a report once this is all done containing your summary of hits, kills, cash earned, and how many actual kills to add to your gun. (Since we can shoot every 30 seconds, these do not count as a full 1 kill each, or else we would all have nukes after today :)

Which version are you using?  Its working in the two that I was able to test on.
