| donation override tax in crew | Started by: Mephiston on Nov 01, '13 07:08 |

Hi, First of all, I have no problem with taxes being on and having to kick up X amount every 24 hours. What I would like to suggest if this can be coded is that if you owe taxes and you make a crew donation that it pays off the tax if anything is owed. As it is now, if you make a crew donation in your banking page, you still owe taxes after doing so even if the donated amount is greater. I know you could just pay your tax then donate what is left over, but if I am on my mobile at work etc or just plain forget then it is annoying to see taxes still owed after donating. RP wise. If you owed your boss 10k in taxes and send him 20k in an envelope, they then aren't going to demand the 10k still owed. they will take 10k as the 'tax' and then have the 10k extra you gave them because you could as bonus. Just a minor change, but one that is more a quality of life change (for me anyway). |

I think this makes sense. Mainly for people playing mobile, but even for the rest of us. From an RP standpoint, it is solid, and what button you click to send up the money doesn't really matter from a gameplay POV. |

Thank you Philli, I just think it is odd that after i send up X amount even if it is greater then the taxes owed that it doesn't count towards it. As stated, it is just a quality of life change for people that are forgetful or on mobiles etc. I do think that it should only work if you have taxes owing, it shouldn't pre pay taxes per se. So if you owe nothing and send 500k up then it is a 500k donation, it isn't pre paying taxes at all. If that makes sense. |
