It was foggy, but not too foggy - the perfect night for a moment like this. Standing on the pier of the local river, Lynch looks out over the water and pulls the collar of his overcoat tighter. Out of the shadows steps Kourtney. The two look at each other for a moment in silence and understanding. The fog rolls in deeper with a gust of wind as Lynch breaks the tension. 

"Did you bring the candy?"

Kourtney removes a crumpled brown bag from her coat pocket and shows the contents to Lynch. Lynch gingerly takes the bag and digs his hand in, pulling out a piece of hard butterscotch candy putting one in his mouth before continuing.

"Ahhh.... butterscotch. The perfect Fall flavor. Pairs with apple, pumpkin, and does just fine on its own."

Lynch pauses for a moment and savors the flavor.

"Alright then, let's get down to business. The other Godfathers from before the war and I were talking, there's gonna be some interesting stuff going on in Bella Vista. Crazy stuff, just off the wall bonkers. Can't say much for now, may have already said too much, but you know what they say: can't shake hands behind the back."

Lynch nods oddly for a moment.

"Anyways, we think people are gonna get excited. Gonna be a lot of excitement."

Lynch sucks on the candy in his mouth for a moment before he continues. 

"Right, here's the high and low: we want you to take your gang and head over there. You see, we need someone with just your particular expertise. You've got a way with words. Now, don't say anything. We're gonna need someone covering the events going on over there. A reporter of sorts. The voice of the people if you will. We've set up an HQ for you over in the offices of an old newspaper. We're hoping you can get it up and running again. In the meantime, you can take the run of the district. After all, we don't want it getting too zany too early, do we?"

Kourtney begins to speak but Lynch cuts her off. 

"Pop a butterscotch in that mouth, sweetie. We don't have much time. The others are waiting at the local bar so we can celebrate the new endeavor. That'll be a good place to make the public announcement."

Lynch and Kourtney trot off into the mist to deliver the news to the masses.

JakeLuciano nodded in appreciation  as Godfather Lynch spoke. Never one to pass up a piece of candy, reaching into the bag he pulled out a humbug 

"Bah humbug" he laughed before wishing Kourtney a safe passage to PH. 

At the Godfather meeting Ladyfighter had been listening to the others discussing the new event they wanted to introduce to our world. At first she did not know what to think of this. But as soon as ideas came up from everyone, she got really enthousiastic and excited. She left the meeting that evening with a big smile on her face and really wanted to go home to tell Perrin. She is certain he is going to love this.

Her car crossed the bridge and in the distance Ladyfighter could see two persons a bit hidden in the fog. She was certain these two were Lynch and Kourtney.

Great, Lynch is telling Kourtney the news that she is about to move to Bella Vista to cover this big new event soon.

Arriving home Ladyfighter wrote a letter to Kourtney.

Good luck Kourtney,

I am happy you took the job to cover the event with your team. If anyone is able to do this, its you and your team. I am positive you will make a success on this task.

Will visit you soon.

She called her assistant and asked him to take the letter to Bella Vista, Philadelphia.

"Please deliver this letter at the (Not A) Kardashian Khastle."

While her assistant left the Brooklyn Headquarters, Ladyfighter walked to Perrins office to discuss this event with him and see if they could bring up new ideas for the next Godfather meeting.

Seeing a rather large group of people standing in the street Fydora cant help but go and check it out. Hearing the Godfather Lynch speaking Fydora listens in. After hearing about Kourtney and her move to Bella Vista, Philly, Fydora smiles and decides to speak

"Yay all of the currently available districts are filled in Philly with your auth Kourtney. I really am happy to see Philly back to working status in every district. May you and your family have a long money filled life and I hope you guys will become good friends with us here in South Philly. Congratulations on the honor of becoming your districts acting head. Good luck and enjoy the streets of Philly"

With that Fydora tips her fedora to Kourtney and Lynch before she twirls off into the night so she wont miss a very important connection.

After the crowd of people slowly starts to dwindle down I find the newly appointed auth of Bella Vista Kourney, standing in front of me. Without hesitation I finish up my Dr. Pepper and set it to the side. This was more exciting then that time I got to meet the president of the Unites States. I walked up and quickly introduced myself to the lovely lady and to my surprise she knew who I was!

Miss Kourtney, mama never told me I'd meet another woman as sweet as Jenny! I appreciate the kind words you've said about me moving into town with you. I look forward to see what comes next for Bella Vista, these sure are some exciting times here in Philly! I wish you the best of luck with everything you do, your awesome and you deserve the best. Now if you ever wanna get into a Dr. Pepper drinking contest or run across America you just let me know. You have a good day now Miss Kourney.

Anomaly steps out into the streets after a busy day in the headquarters

I think its a great idea that Kourtney gets to go to Philly, and I am excited for the upcoming events. I wish the best of luck to everyone in Philly.
