There is a new "Dialog" option for each timer on the toolbar as well as a new page to configure all of the timers options. You can find this new page in the menus at Manage -> Timers Options under the old Options.

Each timer now has four options:

• Dialog: Open the popup dialog when clicked.
• PopUp: Automatically open the popup dialog when timer ends.
• Color: Change color of timer when it is running\finished.
• Sound: Play a sound when the timer ends.

So now you can use the dialog without it being annoying and opening automatically if you want to.
