Thought about this... If you have loaned someone cash within their lifetime and yours, for what ever reason you had to kill them, whether it be a crew member or what not. After you kill them you are able to Pilfer their pockets before fleeing the seen. If you decide to Pilfer more WS's go out then normal. 

The higher your breaking and entering stats the more you get in return. Granted, it would depend on how wealthy they are, but it would make it interesting I think. 

It may be off the wall but interesting indeed. 

I agree, this is pretty interesting! It may be a while before anything get's worked on relating to it, with all the new features, but defiantly interesting!
