Hayley steps out of her Chicago HQ, taking a look around the city. She notices it seems a bit bare, and thinks about what to do with it. A party? No no, we already did that. A new brothel? Well no, I don't want those dirty whores running around my city. She thinks for a moment. Hmm, how about a new face? We could definitely use some great new ideas in our city. She thinks about some of the wonderful mafioso around here. Now who is stellar enough to join me in Chicago? After pondering about this for quite some time, her eyes light up. Ah I know just who is shall be. She makes her way into the streets to announce the newest Chicago auth. Hello my fellow mafioso. I come here today to announce some great news. I decided it was time to have a new face in Chicago with me, someone I would love to share my city with. Who will it be you ask? She notices quite a few gangsters gathering around to hear the news. Well I chose someone that I know will work great with the angels. A great member of our world, someone who I feel deserves a chance to have a family of his own. I believe that he will do great things not only in Chicago, but in the community. I won't ramble on and on, so now I present to you...... Phantom-Ghost, the newest leader in our community. Phantom, I know you will do great things, and I look forward to working with you. Congrats to you on this great achievement. |
