Hayley makes her way to the streets, drinking from her flask as she walks toward the podium.  She stumbles slightly while walking up the stairs, already having her fair share of whiskey today.  Searching around for her written speech, she comes up empty handed.  She looks out at the crowd with a big smile, prepared to wing it.

Welcome one and all.  Who wants to join in a huge celebration?  What are we celebrating you ask?  That is a great question.  First, do we really need a reason to have a drink or ten and party with our fellow comrades?  But really, the reason I am here is to share some wonderful news. 

She stops for a moment, as some random thought pops into her head.

Santa is coming!  Okays he's not. But I would like to announce a great accomplishment.  My darling leader, Ares, has reached the rank of Godfather.  Congrats!

She claps and cheers, then stops when she realizes people are staring at her. 

Ares, we have worked together for quite some time.  And I am so excited to see you make it this far.  Myself and the entire family are proud to be here for this.  I know you will continue to be a great leader and do some amazing things in the district of Queens.

She looks out at the crowd.

So what are you all waiting for?  Go tell Ares how awesome he is.  Feel free to spam his mailbox, or even spam him with one dollar bills.  He will love that, really.

She leaves to podium, wandering back to her HQ to set up a massive party.  She throws fliers to those passing by her, inviting them to the celebration. 

Blaise rode in the car to the location where Hayley would be. After she spent half the day talking in the streets about the recent auths in Staten Island, in the back of her mind she knew that her boss would soon take his rightful rank as a Godfather.

As she got out of the car, she saw Hayley making the announcement. She gave her the thumbs up sign to let her know all was well. Hayley motioned for her to come up to the podium. Blaise knew that Hayley had a lot of work to do, so she was happy to say a few words as she made a graceful exit. "I'll see you back at your new headquarters," she whispered to Hayley as she walked back to her car.

Turning to face the crowd, she smiled and began to speak.

"Good day everyone. As Hayley said, on this day, we are happy to celebrate the fact that our beloved leader Ares has taken control of Queens, New York and is now our Godfather. I know he will have a few things to say, but I would like to express my gratitude for him bringing me in, and along with Hayley, working together to build our family to what it is today.

I look forward to helping Ares with the district and getting to know the other families, especially those in New York. And as Hayley said, feel free to send Ares lots of fan mail...I'll personally make sure he gets it all."

Blaise waves and steps down from the podium, and goes back into the crowd.

Diesel tips his fedora hat to Hayley and congratulates her  "Well deserved , employee of the month for sure.. That is a great choice for a crew leader couldn't pick it better myself. Congratulations Ms. Hayley!

A smile crept across Roguelaure's face as she listened to Consigliere Hayley speak. It was always a great honor in her eyes to be able to witness someone achieve the rank of God Father, and she knew that Ares had deserved this just as much as anyone else that had worked tirelessly to get it.

God Father Ares congratulations! I, and all of Staten Island congratulate you on this outstanding achievement!

Still smiling at the God Father, Roquelaure slipped off to tell Hayley congratulations as well on being able to work under the God Father with her own family.

Hearing the announcement, Aaron comes running.  He stops when he sees Hayley.

"Where is he?  I'm so happy!  Wait what?  Santa's not here?  How could you get my hopes up like that?  I'll get you back somehow."

Aaron turns to Ares.

"Oh, congratulations to you as well mate.  I look forward to working here with you in the future, and congrats to you as well miss Hayley.  I think you'll do a fine job taking over and filling Ares' old shoes."

Tony nods in agreement happy to hear the news that Ares has planted his own flag and now sit's as the Godfather of Queens.  Tony puts out his cigar and takes a couple of mints.   Being old school Tony knows to waits to be motioned before he can greet and congratulate Ares on his new found success. 

TokyoZombi comes to the celebration holding two packages. One is yellowing in the bottom left corner and probably should have been kept in an ice box a few days ago. She was never one for such fancy appliances. She presented each present to Ares.

Congratulations Ares! I hope you have a bountiful life in Queens. My best wishes to you and your businesses. 

This has been a long time coming and I would like to wish you the heartiest congratulations.  You have been loyal to Godfather Solastagia, bided your time as you build and loyally followed.  You have helped in the defence and re-shapping of our map and Chicago itself and now i look forward with working with you on the new challenges ahead.

I look forward to our future working together closely and look forward to your assistance in the growth of both Queens and New York and aid in any disputes in the experimental cities.

Ares smiles at all the people that gathered to congratulate him

The move to Queens has by no means been easy but I've had a lot of help along the way, and everyone in New York has been very welcoming.
