Fedelta walks out onto the streets in his old and outdated suit. He looks down at it in disgust. He then brushed it off and begins to address the crowd on the streets.

   "Hello all, as few of you may have noticed I have been wearing this same suit since not long after I came into this way of life and was able to afford it. Well I have began to tire of it and want a new one."

He then opens his cigar box and pulls out a rolled joint. He lights it up and addresses the crowd again.

    "Now I don't come out here to do a simple rant and go back inside the Headquarters.. No I come out here to hold a competition of my own, since I see so many out in our world these days. I am looking for the best tailor in this thing of our! Many of you may ask, well what are you giving the best tailor? A pat on the back, a good job, or a kiss on the cheek? No my friend I will be giving $400,000-$900,000(paid in the form of 1 credits or 2 credits. Depending on the quality of the work.) I'd like all of the suits to be presented in front of the crowd!(Posted inside this thread.) I'd also like them all in by, December 31, at 00:00. Yes I notice this is a short time frame to work in. But, I believe the BEST will be able to do it."

He then stops a second and takes another hit from his joint, and winks to a lady in the crowd. He then begins again.

    "Now I know there are a lot of good tailors, and there will be some not so good tailor that try and make the easy cash. BUT, one thing I will NOT tolerate in this competition is degrading of another member of this communities work! I don't ask you to tell them all they are great! Hell I won't ever lie to them, but if you do I don't care if you have the best suit by far you won't get a damn penny from me! I wan you to all be respectful of one another and supportive to YOUR fullest extent. So have fun all and I can wait to see what you all come up with!

He then hands the joint to one of his bodyguards and gets his car keys, which he hops in and leaves for the time being.

Fedelta walks out onto the streets again and sees that not a single person has came out here. He looks around and says,

 "How about I sweeten it a little a guaranteed $250,000 on top of the credit or two that you will get! Only 7 hours left tho. So if you want the money get on it." :)

This time he sits around the area waiting for anybody to show up.

Call me cynical, but one or two credits and a bonus $250,000 is hardly an enticing offer for the best tailor in the world. As my father used to say Fedelta - "you pay peanuts you get monkeys."
