Well I have been thinking a little about recruiting the past while and with the new ASSOC button and the jobs, this creates a great atmosphere and stuff to do for the higher ups in our families.
I'm thinking very very hardcore right now but I think this would add so much EPICNESS into the fight for new strong associates. When someone starts their account they are told to choose a City. Now I ask you what does this actually do? What's the point in someone picking New York, only to end up in a crew in Philadelphia? When someone joins up and picks Detroit, the jobs they should be able to do should be Detroit jobs, the only crews that should be able to invite them are Detroit crews. Thats how I feel.
Although I don't think the BIGGER option of choosing who they want shoud be affected. I think if they get in an aeroplane and fly to Chicago, they should then start seeing Chicago jobs and Chicago invites.
I think that when someone chooses a city at the start there should be some sort of meaning into that...
Just a suggestion, I don't see any downfalls or pit-traps. I know this will sound like back-tracking of having to send an invite to same city person but I only think this should be the case for new characters doing jobs maybe for a certain time period?
Think of the bigger picture not just yourself for this idea. |

| Some cities might not be as active as others depending on when someone joins. | |
