I have noticed the changed in the geographical landscape of the game, when we used to have Los Angeles, New Orleans etc. I'm always up for change as long as its cool.  So my idea I propose is to expand to the "Old Country" Italy. We can have Sicily be an actual location, or other mafia cities in Italy. We could make the drug prices cheaper there, but have it difficult to fly it back. Allow the Traveling time between the U.S and Italy be atleast 24 hours to be realistic.

I like this idea Ive always played my characters as Sicilian immigrants and there are a lot of great cities to expand into like Palermo and Corleone places of great mafia importance but I cant help but reiterate why the gods shut down places like New Orleans and Los Angeles.With the introduction of districts more cities weren't really as needed as now people could be funneled into a single city with multiple districts.If my memory is right I believe the gods wanted to see all the current cities with a minimum of 4 filled districts  before thinking about reopening up old or opening up new cities.Though to go back to the original idea I love it,it makes sense drug prices would be lower but I think flight times from New York to the old country would be about the same as New York to Chicago but Chicago to the old would be 24 that would makes sense.It could make New York a natural stepping stone creating a whole new world of possibilities in terms of war and politics.I really love this idea and I would love to see it implemented in the future.

By making it more difficult to fly back I mean being confiscated on the airplane with drugs.
