Dear 2pac, You must wait 24 hours from when you first made your account in order to shoot at people. Shooting the people in bold is a pretty monumental tasks, so I suggest you start off shooting the people in Italics first. After about 20 or so people in Italics you can then try your luck at the Bolds. After killing about 20 or so Bolds, you can then try to kill Helpdesk.
