What i mean by this is by making it that people in a Gfs family can have more people to talk to in his family chat. I've have been told many times to chose between, going to the gf's family or picking to stay where its more sociable. Then when joining the Gf's family the family chat is very slow. This is because its only 10 people in the family. I just propose something that will connect the gfs family to his district, so they could have more family to talk to. Plus it will help make the GF's family and the rest of the district closer together. 

I'd be 100% behind this. Crew chat/District chat would be the best option (city chat is completely under-utilised and at odds with the admin's apparent want to 'split' the districts) and if possible, district chat as the default would get a massive thumbs up in my book.

I support this idea.

That said, I suspect you will see district and city chat integrated when the chat system is revamped, which is on the to do list, but not at the top yet.

I would love to see a district chat, rather than the city chat.  Rarely does anyone use the city chat, and being able to talk to those in your district would be more beneficial.
