I was pondering something recently as my W/S started to pile up. Why is it that when, I want to shoot or pickpocket I have to be in the same district but I'm able to see everything even .When, it's in a totally different area of the city? I find it odd |

| There is another feature we have to put out in before we can set it to just send witnesses to the same district. If we turned it on now it would be too easy to manipulate who gets the witness statement. | |
