Walking along the streets of the city you see DoTheMilkDance holding a piece of paper and a knife. You stop to watch him as he approaches a wooden post and pins the paper on the post using the knife. He then walks away while tipping his hat to passers by. Curious, you walk towards the post, along with a group of people who saw what happened, to read what was written on the paper.
