From a leader's point of view, and bearing in the mind that longevity is good business. Could it work, well of course it could. There is nothing in the fabric of this place here that stops people prohibiting a certain person, or district to enter your own, Jesus, the Prem blood line did it for fun, probably once a week its his pinnacle. I do like this idea, well more than liking it specifically, what I like more is the fact that current crop of leaders actually have the kahunas to try to change the dynamic of our world, like we have recently seen with the 10 minute rule being relinquished. It’s encouraging to see that they’re looking at how we/they rule this thing, people in power have the chance to change and mix up things, and seldom do we see that. Will it be successful, now that’s another story, I think anything like this idea there is safety in numbers. If a lone district/city was to enforce such a rule I think all it would do would paint big targets on their heads, imo. Does it show a “lone wolf” kind of attitude; does it give the impression that you’re distancing yourself away from others, surely that can not bode well with others? Does it show, you can not share your toys? Or does it just show a ploy in power? Would NY/PH have an advantage if this was brought in considering the flight times? Interesting topic, my old pal. It would be excellent to see something like this deployed, but somehow I don’t think it will. |

Many people come to the Streets and say that things are stagnant - and I usually ignore them, this being a thing that constantly evolves. However, I do think that things have become a bit... same ol' Wars are fought but rules are observed and nothing particularly inspires widespread outrage. Personally, I prefer life to be based on principles and personalities, accumulation, in this thing, doesn't and hasn't interested me. But it's an interesting proposition. Four leaders, steadfast, brutal and talented could usher in an era that would be discussed for a long time to come. It's do-able... But if it happens it'll start with city taxes and the like. I don't think that there are enough truly formidable guns and gunmen around at the moment. |

I’m not so sure, granted there are nowhere near the same amounts as there was 3 months ago but I think the situation is currently; top heavy. There is a massive gap between older leaders vs. newer leaders vs. the rest. I think this gap can be exploited perfectly to fit this ideology, done correctly of course. However, I do think that things have become a bit... same ol' Again, strangely, I agree, couldn’t have said it better, I think what makes this place unique is the subjectivity and the fact that current strong hold CAN change the dynamics, the rules and the shape of our land for time the reign supreme. Don’t get me wrong, easier said than do sometimes, why fix something that isn’t broken? But I do think/want an era changing decision to plague us, to worry us and to mix things up for the lack of a better term, what that is, I have no clue. |

Well, I'm happy to be a Consigliere to whoever wants to stir up some reaction ;-) I bet you would, I’m pretty certain that wont transpire but I’m sure it would be fun to let you play that role. I’m not sure an experiment will hold its value, not after the last couple failed so publicly. I have heard things like a rouge city etc, and as fun as that sounds, again that would probably fall flat on its face. |

As Jeddy does his daily rounds, he notices a small group of legitimate businessmen conversing outside a local cafe, as he crosses the street he notices a familiar face. A face that belongs to a friend, a comrade and one who has his respect.

I am pleased for your devotion to the streets that those in this thing of ours traverse on every day, many individuals do not have the courage, the audacity and the verbal capacity to bring life to this world. You bring us news no others have the courage to distribute, conduct interviews to bring us the inside scoop on our country's well-known individuals in the underworld, and bring controversial issues to the streets, open for debate by others. Issues that even the most battle-hardened of caporegimes would not dare to bring forward, and for that I commend you, comrade.
As for the topic at hand, I don't believe it's impossible for travel bans to be imposed. Especially with our cities now being divided into districts by the mayor and the real estate development zoning committee, it's always possible for an announcement to be made that forbids travels to certain areas, whether it can be effectively reinforced is another matter, as the city bus does its route every five minutes, unless you have men always having eyes on the ports of entry it would be difficult to enforce. |

I was under the impression that banning people from entering cities is now an act punishable by the gods? Is this true of am i mistaken I would really hope that this is not true. |
