Otis wanders out of his HQ, blinded by the street lights, and mumbling to himself something about sticky fingered hooligans Just like to add that if you're in town with me, give me a shout, we'll see who has the fastest hands and the deepest pockets in town upon thinking about what he just said, Otis was sure there would be many comments made about its implications Let me rephrase that, feel free to pickpocket me anytime, whether I'm in Philly or not, yeah, there we go, that sounds better, I think.... he stops to think....and forgets to start again |

I do enjoy a little competition. A few have been able to slip into my pockets. Come and get it I say. I will leave them well lined for you. However, still note I will not be that kind outside of our friendly philly. Cheers! |

I think the idea's actually pretty good! If you dont want to be pickpocked then either dont come to Philly or bank your cash. Its pretty simple. Althought I've lost more money than I've gained! |

I am glad people are happy with the decision I made for Philly. The city is now bustling with more people than it has had before. People have come from all over to take there chance at taking a wallet or even to show off there skills for sniffing out the pickpockets. I am glad to see more new faces daily in the city. The businesses have been booming as well with all the new people in town. |

I have to be honest, When You first came out with the idea I wasnt a big fan of it But I have really come to enjoy it, its a lot of fun taking money from someone who you couldn't before. And I can honestly say I have flown to Philly for no reason but to Pickpocket on several occasions |

Jimmy smiles towards the young man I have to admit myself when I first decided upon this, I figured I would not get much acceptance on it. I figured most would avoid the city. I was quite happy when the opposite effect happened. I am glad you have been enjoying it and I hope to see you in town more often. |

It's all well and good, but I've not had near enough people reaching in my pockets to grab a big...... stops mid-sentence to rephrase his thought I've not had near enough people trying to steal my money, this saddens me greatly, so come on, whether I'm in Philly or not, give it a go. Keep what you get, if you manage to steal my money, let me know, brag about it, but you might want to bury that money deep in your pockets, because I'll most assuredly be trying to reclaim it |
