I loved silk, it’s such a shame to, but you're talking about changing the mechanics of the game. God, we have just seen districts close because the user base isn’t big enough, or active enough to fill them.

Although i do agree with the sentiment, its a wonderful tribute to our lovely lady, but like falcon, i think something more along the lines of a written tribute on one of the forums would be just as poignant.

MadButton the GF per district thing is one of the best changes brought into this game. We really shouldn't go back to the 1 GF per city.

In my opinion, each district having a GF dilutes the meaning of the title itself. I would have rather it stayed one per city.

There was more prestige to it before this change was implemented.

Afraid I didn't have the pleasure, but I'd like to see L.A. in the game and honoring a fallen comrade in this way seems an honorable thing to do.

I like the change because it brings more realism into the game plus distributes the power so a commission of Godfathers run the city instead of one person. As history of the game can teach us, sometimes it's a bad idea to put 10 crews under the command of one person. The title was more prestigious, yes, but right now the players themselves can choose who their leader will be between the current Godfathers of one city, rather than the promotion being a game mechanism.

I would proffer that a GF council would still be attainable with 4 Godfathers (one fore each city). It would not have been one person solely running things. This thing of ours (see me avoid that "g" word again) is far from realistic, my opinion was and still is "more realism" is not always such a good thing. Yes, sometimes it is a bad idea to put 10 crews under the command of one person if that person is (I will use this word because I can't think of another off hand) unacceptable. Removing and replacing an unacceptable element can be achieved though. We have seen it happen. In my opinion, it takes certain characteristic traits to be a Godfather and I don't believe there are enough individuals with those traits (that want to lead) on our shores. Of course, it is a given, my standards are probably not the norm. I have very very (did I say very) high standards for someone with the rank of Godfather :)

I must say I agree with Mercury.. I mean the title of Godfather still comands the same amount of respect as before.. The title has lost a bit of meaning tho.. I was against the districts since day 1! I would far rather there be cities.

Why dont creat an extra page called ''Memmorial'' and those names there with some sort of sign for each?

So should we bring back a second city for Marco? Another for Dean? If you are going to bring back a city for one person you need to consider all the people we have lost over the years.

Again tho they are already mention in city jails. A memorial place is deffinatly needed.

Cruel is in DT's jails. Marco is also in a jail mentioned if i remember correctly. I respect your opinion and understand where your comming from, but you have to also understand that they have their memories still living on.
