Phantom strolls up, in a semi-hurry. He flicks his cigarette. I'm going to make this short and sweet. No one is to touch the unsponsored tagged from JohnDillinger's family. i belive the godmother of detroit once said this. so it seems applicable now. no shooting anything with new york as its home unless it is a 7 day inactive. any witness statements forward them to me and i will see what can be done |
