*Numbers4Glory steps out onto the street outside his Staten Island HQ on a very chilly winter morning. Steam bellowing off of his cup of coffee he raises his other hand and wipes the considerable sleep from his eyes and lets out a very hibernating bear-esque fashion* 

One of the biggest tragedies of people occupying new headquarters during wars; is that there is no time in the chaos to make a formal announcement and enjoy and appreciate the opportunity that has just been presented to someone. Wars end and these speeches are often forgotten.

It gives me the greatest of pleasure to announce that Defy set up underneath me in Staten Island last night, his family; tributing a beloved member who is sadly no longer with us. Defy's bloodline has been cursed with a bit of bad luck in suits and it has even been joked that whoever auths him is guaranteed a speedy and painful death.

Speaking as a bloodline that has also had it's share of misfortune, I am confident that we can overcome our personal hexes together and I am really looking forward to seeing what this man is capable of when afforded a reasonable opportunity. Everyone please congratulate Defy and "Angeli Della Morte"

*N4G looks up at Defy's shiny new HQ in Staten Island, a puff of green haze bellowing out of his office window; he smiles to himself and walks off down the street*

Defy waited for N4G to finish his speech before hugging him and then turning to speak 

Numbers I am ever so happy to have been given this opportunity I want to grow this district while serving you and hope to do you proud I am forever grateful for this my friend you have helped me out so much and allows me to achieve my goals.

Defy turned to the crowd 

With that I would like to announce Angeli Della Morte , it shall be a celebration tonight so enjoy the champagne but you all must excuse me I have business to attend to.

Defy then ran off to set his new headquarters up

Wyldstyle listened as the two men talked. Once they had finished she stepped out from the crowd, hoping her voice would carry.

 Defy, how very proud of you I am to see you have this opportunity. You are going to do an amazing job! And it is quite the honor to join in this journey right by your side. Thank you for your faith that I will work just as hard as yourself to make this endeavor successful. Congratulations my dear!

After she spoke, she herself returned to the HQ as there was much to do.

Choke smiles.

It's great to see your line authed again, Defy! In fact, I could say, it's Swagtastic!

Beneath her breath, she mutters

Now, if he fucking dies quickly again, I'll kill him next time myself, just so that I never have to say swag again, god damn it!

All I can say to this, is spot on, and that I'm glad that you've not fallen into that trap. It's nice to have a precedent set. Thank you.

Congratulations Defy, bad luck certainly does seem to follow you but I have a feeling that run could be over now. I'm sure once you get a spare few minutes we'll have a better catch up and you can roll me some of the blunts you're well known for. All the best and a very fitting crew name.

Roberto tips his hat in the general direction of the new crewleader. This was usually a signal of approval. Today was no different for the young, up and coming ruffian. 

If I was asked to describe you, the first thing I'd say would be that you are a man of  integrity, and you most definitely deserve this highest of honors!

I have been fortunate to have worked with [and even have warred with] many men from your bloodline before you, and I am sure they are all smiling down on you today as proud as can be!
After what seemed to be an untimely death I am glad that your family lineage is getting the chance they so rightly have earned.

Drama pranced onto the scene and listened to the Number's talk. Drama's eyes cruised the crowd for any other females. She would first have to say hello to them with loud shrieks of excitement. There! She found one. Drama waved her hands towards Choke and once she caught her attention she bounced over. 

Choke!!!!

She said excitedly as if she hadn't seen the girl in ages. Drama tossed her arms around Choke and hugged her tightly. They'd surely have to catch up on all the gossip later, but for now there was a celebration. Drama stood next to Choke as they listened to the rest of Number's talks. By the end of the announcement Drama was just about to burst at the seems with joy. She let everyone else in on this by shouting.

Defy! This is absolutely the best news I've heard all day! So AMAZING and WONDERFUL!!!!

Seph approaches his old friend and extends his hand, shaking Defy's hand and giving him a solid pat on the shoulder...

Well done my friend, hope this is the journey that lasts and turns out to be everything you hoped it would.

I know you have everything it takes to be a great, successful leader. With that being said I wish you the best of luck even though im sure you dont really need it.
