You could start off giving interest free loans, which many credit card companies do, 0% APR. Then depending on if or how quickly they pay you back you can decide how much interest you charge? You could make a flat interest rate, but that would be a tad unfair to those who are responsible and re-pay.

As in AssChicken's case, you did not state the labor fee until after you loaned him the money. So in which you wouldn't be able to charge him interest or labor fee's. Yet, someone was nice enough to pay it even though they shouldn't have had to."

I know what i got to do, but LOAN has been successful and shutting it down would not benefit anyone. But all i got to say is Taegan, you make a final decision between shutting it down, or keeping it open and just changing the ways.

NealCaffrey heard Daryl talk and go back and forth with a few other people giving Neal time to think about his loan. He stood up and approached Daryl once again. 

"Yes sir I am certain I want to borrow thirteen thousand three hundrend and ninty four dollars it would greatly improve my life and I feel as if I could pay you back in due time. Please help me friend."

NealCaffrey took a step back pulling out a flask and sipping from it.

Neal listens to Daryl talk and thinks to himself. The man didn't tell him no exactly so it can't be the worst idea in the world. Neal runs back around the corner and offers anyone the bet. After a few moments it is accepted. Neal loses. He grabs to receipt and heads back to the streets. 

"I'm sorry my dear friend Daryl I have lost the bet. I will have to earn a bit of money to pay you back but will get it to you as soon as possible please do not call the credit union on me." 

Neal shows him the reciept

NealCaffrey made his way back to Daryl he had acquired money and heard some horrible news. He must pay the man back so he can handle everything going on in his tough life. 

"My condolences Daryl. I've recently seen that your wife committed suicide. Such a sad thing so see. As you know I have paid you back and sent some to cover your costs. I hope things get better for you in this horrible time."

It was brought to my attention that this particular business discussed here in the streets was described as "shite" by some nerd overheard on DivineLunacy Avenue. I disagree, and believe the person who said that, whoever it was, to be a humorless unintelligent moron. It is currently the most interesting topic being discussed on the streets currently, with the Award for Mafia Heroism coming in at a very close second.

That being said, in the spirit of friendly competition, I will be giving interest-free loans from 1-5k to any ladies out there in the Mafia in need of some cash. I don't mind, girl. I don't mind a goddam bit.
