Darkness surrounded the great metropolis known as Los Angeles, the sun just having dipped away for the night. A big airliner touched down at LAX, and former civilian turned hoodlum TonyViazzi stepped off the plane. It took a few minutes to collect his baggage and exit the airport. Dressed in a worn out two piece suit and brown loafers, the gangster mumbled to himself as he entered a cab. "I need some fucking dough." After getting situated in the vehicle Viazzi rolled down his window and lit up a smoke, exhaling slowly. "Take me to the nearest hotel, pal." retorted the Wise Guy as he puffed on his cigarette. Without a verbal response the cabby shifted into drive and headed off. Tony ran a hand through his greasy black hair and thought of a nice nights rest whenever he got to the hotel. A stack of assorted bills, 10s, 20s, 50s, all totaling $610 dollars, sat clutched in his palm. That small amount of money would make or break life for this up and coming mafioso. The rest of the trip was silent as he slowly puffed away at the cigarette. Not to much later the vehicle arrived in the parking lot of a motel six. "That'll be 32.50" said the caucasion cabby driver, holding his palm open. Viazzi counted out 35 and placed it into the drivers hand. "Keep the change." replied the gangster before exiting the vehicle with suitcases in hand. After spending a couple minutes checking in and getting his room key, Tony managed to haul the suitcases up to the third floor and to his room. He graceful unlocked the door and flipped the light switch, revealing a decent dwelling. A queen size bed, mini fridge, radio, and a bathroom. Viazzi strolled over to one of the beds and unzipped a briefcase, emptying its contents onto the bed. Three seperate bricks of marijuana lay exposed, soon followed by two more from the other case. In total it was five pounds that he smuggled from Vegas to here. Those drugs and the small bit of cash were all he had to go on. Soon enough the narcotics were stashed away and Tony lay in bed, ready to start a new life in LA tomorrow. *OOC: Whats up everyone...looking for a family, trying to line things up for when I turn gangster. If you could drop me a message if you're interested in having me. Thanks |

Nice story. But in regards to your last line it shows a lot more character and is more interesting to a leader when you put together a well thought out and written invite request. |

Hey now, that's not entirely true. Acute and the rest of the Cuties are warm and welcoming to one liners! |

Slamming down his finished cigar as he walks up, Rourkey puts his arm around Tony's shoulder, and walks around the corner. My friend, I have enjoyed your speech thoroughly and I will make a recommendation to my boss about your entrance to our fine family. Rourkey removes his arm just as Tony realizes they have walked around the block back to the signpost he was standing outside earlier. Rourkey gives him a firm push in the center of his back towards the door, sticking his card to Tony's shoulder... If you have any other inquiries about life in this world of ours, give me a ring anytime! But by the time Tony had turned to face Rourkey, he was left standing, mouth half open, card in hand, with only a flash from Rourkey's holstered .45 and a puff of smoke from a fresh cigar as proof that anyone had been there at all... |

| Night had faded away and the west coast sun beat down on Los Angeles. TonyViazzi exited the shower and threw his dirty clothes into the corner of the room. Out from under a table came one of the suitcases that'd been used to transport the narcotics from Vegas. Now full with twenty two thousand in cash, profits from the drug trade the gangster had worked his way into. Viazzi had detirmined it was much more profitable to just deal in heroin and cocaine, and make three to four grand off each pound distributed. Once the money was stashed away the gangster hailed a cab across town to his new crews HQ. | |
