*Numbers4Glory enters the chilly New York streets wearing a smile from cheek to cheek (sometimes referred to as a post war O face) ; he takes a look around the city, sticks his left hand into his pocket and jangles the keys that currently reside within*

I have had the privilege of being afforded the opportunity to run my own district. I've had the joy of seeing it grow and flourish and been able to auth a close friend, someone who deserves a chance to prove themselves and today I get to afford someone else that same opportunity. Wargasm, or V as he is commonly known in certain circles has enjoyed similar misfortunes to Defy's bloodline. His bloodline is incredibly hard working and he certainly proved his calibre in the V-Day massacres of February 15th.

More than the fact that this is a man who deserves the chance at a real opportunity, but there is a definite spark within him, a hunger to prove himself that a lot of more senior leaders lost years ago. It's wonderfully refreshing to be in a position to give this man an opportunity, it's my responsibility to protect and ensure Staten Island and indeed our fellow GOAT brothers throughout New York are in a position of maximum strength.

This is quite simply an auth of potential, he has exhibited enormous potential and I know he will be an invaluable contributor to Staten Island and indeed the whole city of New York. 

*Numbers reaches into his pockets grips the keys within and hands them over to Wargasm*

*Numbers turns around, handing over a giant wad of $100 bills to pay for the celebrations before returning to work*

Wargasm shakes Numbers' hand with a strong, firm grip and pats Numbers on the shoulder. Numbers passes the keys into Wargasm's hand as his hand drops from Numbers' shoulder. Wargasm is delighted to feel the weight of the keys against his palm.

I look forward to working with the other crew leaders and yourself. I am excited to take on this role and to be apart of both Staten Island and New York's bright and prosperous future.”

We haven't worked together prior to this engagement, but since the V-Day Massacre, it's been a pleasure. You'll do very well under Staten Island under the big boss man.

Congratulations man! I was wondering about the HQ for a while thinking where is War? Then heard you had been authed to start your own thing. On the one hand I'm sad you'll not be around, but mostly happy for you dude. It's not like your far away after all I guess :) Well done and all the best.
