DareDevil you can't shoot anything in Det. unless you are from Det. or your family head has paid the tax to Godmother Marietta. So ask him/her before you start shooting anyone in Det.

Its not an opinion. Its a fact. You can't shoot unless your family head has paid.

I will never understand how people don't have a tiny bit of a sense of pride and shame to ask these basic questions to their leaders first.

I won't judge anybody for their questions, but I think it's a matter of public image that a Made Man and upper structure no less should know this already. Somebody doesn't? It's ok, nobody is perfect, but exposing your lack of information in the middle of the streets?

I have had million of basic questions, but always in the coffee shops or with people from my own family.
