Slamming down his spent cigarette, DCAIC gets up on the soapbox in Grant Park in Chicago... I would like to make an announcement... A flash of light from his holstered .308 broke the darkness of the night... So everyone shut up! I will be brief. Today, a great leap was made in this fair city of ours. Our Beloved leader, Phantom-Ghost, was promoted to Consigliere today. Everyone show your appreication for all the work he has done! He has more than earned this honor. Not on to DON! DCIAC applauded while smiling down to Phantom-Ghost as he stepped off the soapbox, gliding back into the crowd, a puff of smoke from his cigarette, and his words ringing out the only signs he had been there at all |

Phantom walks in cracking up. I appreciate the gesture, DCIAC, but I must point out the flaws as they are, to be frank, funny as fuck. Phantom turns to the crowd. First of all, I shall now be known as Phantom_GHOTST. Please take notes on this. GHOTST. Second of all, let it be known that I am now "Not on to DON!" Nope, no Don for me. That is all. Phantom continues laughing, but turns more serious. Seriously though, I know its not much, but its a big step for me. Thank you all. |

Hehe Well Congrats on Consig Phantom_GHOTST i think Consig is a well deserved rank like all others but it takes some getting to it :) so Congrats again :) Whispers into PG's Ear... "You will get Don eventuly my friend just you watch before you know it you will be wearing that Don suit" |

Tazz approaches Phantom lights up one of his classic marlboro reds and extends his hand out to him Phantom congratulations bro on making consigliere I told you that you would make it! To bad that your "NOT on your way to Don" Tazz laughs under his breath with a HA HA WRONG I'm just kidding bro I know your on your way to Don now and you will definitely make it Tazz goes to shake Phantom's hand and also gives him a hug Again Congrats on making Consigliere Oh My Ba Goodness!!! |

As Tazz begins to walk away from his talk with Phantom, he stops and pauses, turns around and walks back to Phantom What the hell was I thinking I didn't even give you anything for making Consigliere Tazz looks around trying to figure out what to give Phantom and then he thinks of something Tazz reaches into his pocket pulls out an extra pack of Marlboro smooths and tosses the pack to Phantom Here you go bro its on me! Tazz turns around and walks away continuing business |
