| Philanthropists Pilfer the Brooklyn Bank | Started by: Desmand on Feb 24, '14 17:41 |

Desmand walked down a seemingly nondescript road in Queens lifting his collar further to shield his face and entering the Audacious Armadillio. It wasn't a destination he would have personally chosen but this wasn't his show. A few days prior he had met with his good friend Solid and they started to talk. It was during this conversation that another friend of their bocconotto had passed comment on how his old contact was working down at the Brooklyn Bank and due to miscommunication had the last 4 weeks money still vaulted. Anyway one thing lead to another and Solid proposed the idea of stealing the bank. Plans were formed and here they were. "You ready?" Solid looked incredibly calm considering the audacious plan he had formed and what he planned to do with the money made..after they took out their cut of course. "Lets do this then." Both men left the building and made their way to the bank. They got changed on route into their cleaners outfits before packing the rented van outside the bank and heading inside with the cleaning trolley. They both nodded to the security guys on the front desk (not so much as a check) and headed into the back. Once in the back they quickly stripped off the clothes and Solid pulled out remote detonators and placed them on the vault. The Bank was dead, boccoonotto was right, everyone was on a training day. This was too easy. The doors blew open and they got to work loading the bonds into the cleaning cart. 5 minutes later they were out with a stash of well over $25 million in bonds. That was the beauty of bonds, virtually untraceable and cashable by anyone. They walked out the front doors, nodded again and were on there way. Part one was complete. As they sat in the cleaning van Solid once again explained the second part, Desmand still struggled to understand his reason but he was quite the philanthropist. "So we just risked our lives and you want to give away these fucking bonds? Why?" Desmand had already taken his own personal cut, 25 of the bonds. But Solid was just giving away his own portion and then some. The van pulled up at the corner back in the Queens and they both stepped out the van ready to set it up. "Here?" Desmand turns to Solid and asks. "Looks good." He responds Desmand puts out the sign:
"Ready whenever you are Solid." Solid pulls out the first stack of bonds and gets ready to hand them out to the crowd that has already started forming. |

Solid looked at the stack of bonds he pulled from the cleaning trolley and went through all of them, knowing full well he couldn't possible get away with all the bonds in one location. He had to get rid of most of them and he had to do it rapidly. Together, Solid and Desmand had setup shop on the corner shouting as loud as they could with there ridiculously beautiful sign next to them keeping away all the stray dogs from their approach. "Get your asses over here everyone!" The crowd began to form about a few minutes past. It was about time to release to the public what the bank would fear for the rest of their establishment. And so it began... |
