Ah, nice!  This is exactly what we are looking for Bruiser thought to himself as he stood on the street in front of what was to become the head quarters for South Phillies newest crew Fratelli In Armi.  From the outside it didn't look like much, but on the inside it was everything one could expect and more.

Once Bruiser had finished showing Gimli around it was time to go back to the streets and make the introductions.  

Firing off a shot in the air Bruiser gets everyone's attention.

Good afternoon everyone, if I can have just a moment of your time, I'll be short with this as I know everyone has shit to do.  Today, Gimli and I have come from a sit down with all the Godfathers in regards to the recently vacated South Philly and it was decided that I would set up there and run out the thugs that have been ruthlessly running the streets here since the demise of PeterBonanno.  Today I am pleased to announce that TheTripleDeuce and I will be moving into the building you see behind us and from here on out Fratelli In Armi will be handling business in South Philly.

As Bruiser takes a breath he reaches into his jacket pocket and pulls a chrome cigar case and opens the lid.  Pulling a cuban from the container Bruiser bites off the end and spits it to the ground.  Before Bruiser can even get to his pants pocket TheTripleDeuce has a match struck and is lighthing the big mans cigar.

Thank you Deuce, Bruiser says as he takes a large drag and exhales several large thick smoke rings.

I'd just like to take a minute to thank not only my great crew leader and friend Gimli for giving me the chance to move to South Philly for this great opportunity, I'd also thank Maple, JakeLuciano, Amethyst, Catillon and Numbers4Glory for the nod to set up shop here as well.

Bruiser looks behind him and nods to Gimli and Deuce.

In closing I just want to say to all the crew leaders around the country I look forward to working with and getting to know each of you and I am always available should you need me or just want to shoot the shit.  Thank you for taking the time out of your busy day to hear my announcement.

Bruiser shakes Deuces hand and the two men head back into their HQ.

Angus hears of the latest development and just manages to catch up with Bruiser and Deuce before they make off to their new HQ.

That's great news Bruiser. You're right, the streets of South Philly have become a barren wasteland since these gangs of thugs have been roaming around threatening the local businessmen and women.

Great to see you're setting up there to sort them out. I'm sure South Philly will be brought back to its best by you and your crew.

Angus heads off to have a chat with one of his cousins who's had his eye on a development down in South Philly. Now may be a good time to get the plans off of the drawing board.

Gimli is standing in the crow smoking his pipe as he listens to Bruiser. As Bruiser finishes his speech Gimli nods to him, puts his pipe down and steps forward.

This is a great day for South Philly and Philly as a whole, it has been an honour having you as my RHM and I've enjoyed working with you to build OCD and the LongBeards now it is your time to lead your own family and I look forward to working with you as a crew leader of Philly and know you will be successful and bring life back into South Philly. 

Gimli Shakes Bruisers hand.

Gimli lights his pipe and walks back to his HQ smoking.

Johnny leaned off of the car and stepped towards his brother after all of the others gave their good wishes and shook hands. He moved through the dissipating crowd. When he stepped to him, his face was pure elation.

Bruiser, I can't express how happy I am for you. You have come a long way for this. There are many people on these streets that are confident that you will do great things. I wish you and your family the best of luck. Like I always say, 'put it on the map'.

SwizZz is walking through south philly as he hears a familiar voice and a familiar name, he drops his joint and proceeds to the crowd.

What can i say my friend, our Bloodlines have stood side by side one another for a long time even before this world of ours and it brings me great satisfaction to see your name Bold in the streets. FIA isn't a crew but a Brotherhood and i know you will do it justice in showing everyone what is was meant to be,like our ancestors would have wanted. I salute you and TripleDuece and cant wait to see what you do to South philly

Smeagol sweeps in behind Swizzz and recovers the discarded joint, then catches himself as he begins to say "My Preci...Err Uhm, Good luck FIA."

now i know this may be a bit late in my public appearance regarding this great establishment and its great country full of families but i would like to express my huge thanks to Bruiser for taking me along for the ride it has been quite some time since i have spoke in the streets and what better way to break the silence than to thank the council and all of its members for allowing us this greatly generous opportunity.

and of course i would not be in this position without Gimli kindly letting me go forth and aid Bruiser in this new venture
