Word just got around that bidding has started for the purchase of casino rights for each city. You can only bid for a casino in your own hometown. There are two permits available for each city, a small, and a large. Small casinos can hold 3 games, but the maximum bid for any game can only be up to $5,000. A large casino can hold an unlimited amount of games, but can not take any bets below $7,500. A casino comes empty - the games must be purchased for them. Slots - 1 million (Small) Roulette - 1.5 million (Small) Blackjack - 1 million (Small) Slots - 2 million (Large) Roulette - 3 million (Large) Blackjack - 4 million (Large) The starting bid for a small permit in any city is 1,000,000 The starting bid for a large permit in any city is 10,000,000 The bidding is closed January 15th, at 20:00. You can only bid once. You can not own both casinos, although you can bid on both, if both win, the small casino will go to the second highest bidder. You are required to put down 25% deposit towards your bid when you place it, with the remaining due when the bidding is over. To place a bid: (follow these instructions 100% or else your bid will not be counted) Send 25% of your bid to Squishy. In a mobmail to Squishy, fill out the subject like "NY Large Casino Bid - $11,500,000" but with the correct city and bid. In the contents of the memo, please include the copy of the accounts message in your personals. P.S. When you die, your casino closes. The next person to pay for the "casino" itself (not the games), will become the new owner (It will come with the games already intact) P.P.S. If you switch home cities, you lose the casino. |
