Ceridwen steps out from the alley, hand on her sidearm as she eyes the assembling crowd.

"It seems some people never learn, if people feel they can't trust you, you'll never get anywhere in this thing of ours. From the bottom you can do nothing, and by the time you get to the top you're invested enough in time that you want to weigh your options. No point in getting to the top, making a power play and ending up on the bottom again. A level of diplomacy is required, whether you are at the bottom trying to make a impression on that new crew leader or at the top trying to make friends and get them to believe you aren't going to put a knife in their back. Coming out to these streets and announcing you are planning to off someone, probably without a higher ups consent pretty much just gets you watched or dead.. never a good move. I know the thought maybe wasted on some but quite often a kind word will get you farther then shotgun diplomacy."

With that Ceridwen let her jacket fall back across her suit and turned on a heel to watch any further suicidal gestures.
