YES Visas it is a wise choice to make because if it wasn't I would not be here right now. I will take responsibility in controlling my family now that I know what has gone on. Let me tel you a thing about mercy Visas. After a long war when I was a young Wise Guy in Chicago I made a dumb move and disrespected my family name. Actions would involved my execution but instead an apology had to be given out  by me. I changed my ways and stuck to respect until this day. How does anybody, when Kobra, if he does, as you would like to project feel remorse, has not had the stones to stand up in the streets and express any real remorse, beyond what appears to be "sorry that I got into trouble for this"? It seems like you are apologizing on his behalf to save face, rather than because he is genuinely apologetic for his words. Because you realize that his words have reflected upon yourself, and because, as he said himself, he isn't the apology kind of person. And just like you, he'd very much like for this to just vanish and be forgotten about.

Make your pretty speeches about mercy all you like, I'm all for mercy and second chances. But surely as a leader, you should not have to be on the streets speaking publicly of showing mercy towards your own right hand, the person who most closely reflects back on yourself, after he has publicly disgraced himself and yourself. (I can't put it any other way than that. There are ways and means to express a controversial view point. Calling people dumbasses and saying a city makes people suck ass is not the way to do it.)

How about this Maria, look at your first post. Does this not reflect that? I agree 100% that these streets are too dangerous, some people don't see the danger unless guided right. I don't care about his fathers bloodline Maria, this one has one mistake and its being dealt with. It should also be said that no matter your city, your opinion is always valid. What kind of bloodshed is Maria going after here, as I don't see it. What I see is her actively engaging in a discussion with someone openly in the streets. If you put in your two cents, expect that someone else will as well. It's not an "interrogation" to simply understand a person's point of view.

"Its not always bad to see the streets quiet. What seems to happen sometimes though is theres a lot going on behind the scenes the public doesn't yet know about or necessarily need to know about. That said, I'd rather see the streets quiet then have a bunch of people come and talk a lot and say nothing of value, which to be fair does happen some times as people just want to get noticed or what have you. For the part of myself and my bloodlines historically, I don't come to the streets and speak just to hear myself talk or for whatever perks might come from it. Usually, in the past to bring me to the streets something needed to be said. Perhaps I've underestimated the value of the time spent out here... its definitly something I'm rethinking. What i will not do however is come out here to babble with nothing of meaning to say."

This thread's commenters actually commenting about the material are laughably misinformed. You're not being smart when you're avoiding the streets, you're being a coward. You're afraid someone might get in your face, that you might slip up and offend someone, or that someone might criticize you. Here's the real secret, you can't die from just speaking in the streets and this was supposed to be a role play game so dead streets (which we haven't actually had for a long time) would be catastrophic for this thing of ours. Street speaking is hard, not dangerous, don't lie to yourselves and pretend it's not worth it or it's dangerous because every idiot will find a way to kill themselves with any tool you give them and people get shot for insulting others on IRC, OOC Avenue, and anywhere else they can drool words out where others can see or hear them. As for those who claim it's too hard, you're clearly either incapable of performing a minimalistic task or too dumb to see that this thing of ours never would've existed if there weren't benefits to street speaking and what it actually represents. You aren't writing for others (or at least you shouldn't be) and that's why the best writers don't need responses to keep doing what they do.

If I'm not enough of a walking billboard for the fact that the notion "the streets will get you shot" then you don't pay attention to the streets very often. I can and have said pretty much anything I wanted to pretty much anyone and not once have I been shot for it. Just say what you mean and stick to a subject, or speak of actions and characteristics that are actually real, don't make things personal. I'm gonna spell this out for you children one last time... You REEE-HEEE-HEALLLY won't get shot for just speaking in the streets and speaking in the streets develops a reputation that will open doors for you. Put your big girl panties on and go write (preferably in character but seeing as most of you jackals don't I'm not gonna bother, either) because other people's words aren't gonna hurt you if you aren't an insecure little girl and it's always worth using every tool at your disposal. Fear isn't a problem until you let it cripple you, it means your sanity is still intact.
