(The sounds of Thunder in the background as rain slowly starts to pick up pace.) Standing out in the street wet, cold, and all alone. The only thing keeping me warm was the freshly used and warm feel of the gun on my hip. I was taught early not to show fear or cry, but that would be hard this time. It was my boss the one who raised me in the ways of crime, loyalty, and family. Had he only listened to me! Greed blinded his loyalty his roots, and ultimately was the death of him. The story goes much deeper than what's on the surface, but I hope to find a new home and friends that share the same loyalty as I was once taught by my recently deceased boss before Greed buried him in a kings like casket, and tombstone. My name is KLASSIK, I fear none and trust few. |

Maria comes across KlassiK stood out in the streets in the thunder and the rain, and bearing the tag of an old friend of the family, Bruiser_Andolini. Knowing Bruiser to be the good man that she did, Maria, quite used to the awful weather and well prepared with a generous umbrella, decided to approach him. Hey, KlassiK. It's kinda wet out here, want to duck under this thing? It's not the prettiest accessory I've ever carried, but certainly, it's functional. I think you've found a good home where you are, I personally would never see Bruiser fucking up through greed. The man knows loyalty in a way few others do around here, in my opinion. Although, maybe he should've warned you about the showers we get out here. They're pretty vicious. |

(Startled by the shadow, but instantly warmed by the beautiful face of this stranger, klassik openly accepts the gesture and is humbled by the offering of cover from the elements.) Maria, your generosity speaks volumes, I guess I should have better prepared for my journey into the new town. I will have to say it was just, you know, all unexpected, and well, here I am. Bruiser comes highly recommended from my old parts, although I can't say we worked well with each other in the past I trust him. Trust is all we need Maria. Can I trust you? |

A smile on her face, glad to see this newcomer with such unfortunate timing finally finding himself a little shelter, Maria smiles. I would hope that one day you can learn to trust me, KlassiK. I have to say, it is nice to see one so young to this world finding the stones to stand up and speak their story so freely. It's actually quite refreshing. Trust, as you say, is a key thing. Perhaps in time, you will be leading us in debates on the very question of whether it is indeed trust that is all we need, no? I most certainly would be prepared to speak up if such a day may come. Now, tell me. May I walk with you to your destination, to save you getting any wetter, or at the least to help you find yourself a cab? As my mother back in Italy would've said when the rains fell like this, if you allow yourself to stand outside and get wet, you'll wind up catching your death with cold! |

(Klassik, while normally keeping his guard finds Maria's smile warming and most importantly genuine) I'd be honored. Is everyone from these parts as beautiful and genuine? Please, cover your head lady, I'm already wet and your company is enough. I only ask that you point me in a direction of a nice hotel for the night, I have plenty of money. I must ask though, what is someone like yourself doing in this weather by yourself? |

Maria laughs a little, re-adjusting the umbrella by a fraction, but not by so much as to allow KlassiK to get more wet than he already is. 'Nothing worse', she thought, 'than the feeling of being soaked to the bones and unable to do a thing to stop the coldness cutting through you'. There is plenty of room for us both under this umbrella, my new friend. You are already wet, true, but I'm finding each new drop of rain colder than the last today. It'll be a cold night tonight, I'm sure. Now, as for beautiful... you flatter me, but you don't need to. I'll help you out no matter what! But genuine... I think that that is something you have to discover for yourself. It is better to approach people, I suppose, with your own fresh eyes, than it is to rely on the weary and sometimes tinted eyes of others to make those judgements for you. Listen to advice, to anecdote, surely. But do not rely upon it. Now, as for a hotel... I do know a rather lovely little place just a couple of blocks away - nothing too fancy, nothing too luxurious. An elderly couple who frequent the Cafe I run out of Chicago run the place. Mama, she'll have you a hot dinner in you before you've time to take off your coat, the bed will be comfortable and warm for you, and the shower hot. Does that sound suitable, for tonight? And as for what I am doing out here tonight... Maria tips KlassiK a little wink, with another one of her smiles. A girl has to make a living somehow. And I'd rather be rushing from meetings to my business interests and getting wet, than be stood out here like the poor girls who work on the street corners. Good profit to be made from them, mind you. |

SwizZz Approaches the two snuggled up under the sopping umbrella, also carrying an umbrella , joins them making a mobile shelter as they walked. SwizZz lights his joint up and begins to speak. My ancestors spoke very highly of you line Maria as i served for your great great grandmother only not so long and loved every moment Klassik your bloodline and mine have shared many years together in another world. I am glad you chose to enter this world and join bruiser in South side and help us rebuild Philadelphia. |

Maria budges across a little, allowing the corner of SwizZz's umbrella to cover her head as well as her own, giving a little more breathing space under the little shelter. SwizZz, it is a pleasure for us to finally meet out here on the streets. Many good things have been said of your line in the family journals also; my great-great grandmother of whom you speak in particular valued most strongly the work that both yourself and your father put in while you worked in her crew. I do feel that with yourself and Bruiser near at hand, KlassiK here can surely not go too far wrong. |
