<em>Supreme walks into the streets with an air of grim formality. Black Bottom had just seen another death, and the duty to inform the world of the latest events there had landed on his shoulders. Reporting back changes in the management of Black Bottom wasn't becoming any easier with practice. Some decisions, however, had to be made, for the long term prosperity of both the crews there, his own included, and for the establishment of the district. Picking his spot, he began to speak. </em>

Ladies and gentlemen, today has marked the end of another crew leader out of Black Bottom. The decisions to make moves against a fellow leader here are not taken lightly by myself, Sandro and Tommy. Tonight, we come to you with a reason that is in itself, simple.

We felt as though the leadership that Scorpion has shown, exemplified in the Streets today, is not reflective of the type of leadership that we want here in Black Bottom. We will not and we cannot, for the sake of the respect of our own crews and the work that we have put in here, allow a leader to stand along side us and count himself as part of our unit, when that same leader allows his members to disrespect another city publicly, and give no consequence to that member. The fact that the member in question was the right hand man to Scorpion, in our eyes, made that particular state of affairs more troublesome: hands should be setting an example to others within their crew.

With this considered, we felt as though the only move we could make was to remove Scorpion from this competition.

On behalf of Black Bottom, I would like to apologize to the city of New York and those who call it home for the disrespect and slight on their name suffered due to the statements made today.

Rest in peace, Scorpion.

I'd rather stand and die and give mercy to my right hand man who I put my trust and life on to rehabilitate and make him the diamond he should of been. That man given mercy would have shed light on this world, now darkness is brought upon the world for innocent blood has been shed. 

Anyways time here was fun, shit happens. My time here in Mafia has been a blast 10 good years, going to be hard moving on but it's for the best. Anyways peace out!

JayDoggyJR was watching from across the street when he saw Supreme step out to make an announcement. After hearing something about his fathers home town Black Bottom, he adjusts his collar and steps out from the darkness to listen a little more closely.

"With this considered, we felt as though the only move we could make was to remove Scorpion from this competition...."

JayDoggyJR immediately recognized the name, he had done a few jobs with Scorpion over time.

He shakes his head as he takes another puff on his pipe and heads back across the street.
