As you walk down the streets you can faintly hear the sound of a woman shouting about a chance to win lots of money 'Well I could always use some more of the green stuff' you say to yourself. So you take a small detour and decide to see what the fuss is all about. As you approach the sound of the woman hollering you see that quite a crowd has gathered around her to hear what she has to say, and you quickly realize, not for the first time, that you aren't the only one in need of more money. "Come one, come all, this is the inception of the De Luca lottery. This is a fun straightforward way to have a chance to turn a little cash into a lot more. There will be 3 separate drawings, each one costs a different amount to enter, and thus a chance to win more money. So lets get right down to the nitty gritty. Here are the rules." Hands out sheets of paper.
"Now here is a one time only deal. Since this is the inital drawing, everyone that places a bet will be able to get 1 number for free. So for $10,000 you get 2 numbers, and so on. When we have a winner the payout will be 100% of the total amount bet for that particular drawing. Take a look at that sheet of paper again, while I explain it."
"Now if there is no winner, we will not draw until we have a winner, the full amount of the pot will go into the pot for following drawing. So if there is 3 million in the high-roller pot and nobody wins, then there will be an automatic 3 million in the next drawing for that pot. This should be a fun way to make some cash that doesn't revolve around the casino's or the crimes that us mafioso's commit daily. So have some fun, and good luck!!!" |

Alright love, now that you got the flyers handed out, I would like to place two bets in the $10,000 drawing. Since I get two numbers plus my free one, i would like to take 16, 31, and 25.
