Arriving at the scene on a three wheeled unicycle, KingOfOnePercent dismounted with all the grace and elegance of a Dundee lass ripped to the tits on prescription medicine. Staring at the three-wheeled cycle with one wheel... she raises an eyebrow and slowly steps forward to listen to the speaker. As he finishes his song and dance she picks up a flyer to see what new and innovative business proposition has been delivered to the streets. Once finished she peers at the wobbly man with a puzzled look. Perhaps I'm mistaken, but hasn't this been done before? In the same city even..? I read over some of the memoirs of mine and other's family members and found that this sort of protection plan has been used many many times before. Quite like a whore. She lifts a petite hand to her dark locks and scratches her head. Is there any real difference between this plan and what has been done in the past? |

I can categorically tell you that this scheme, using these rewards and this method of calculation, has only been done twice before. In both cases it was partly spearheaded by my ancestors; and in neither case was it solely in Las Vegas. Thank you for the criticism though, I suppose it was fairly foolish and naive of us to expect positive feedback for a positive action. |

My apologies sir, I'd just assumed you meant what you said about no more seeing the same rehashed plans. I didn't mean to criticize, I was just curious about what the actual difference is. I keep hearing terms like "new" and "different" thrown around, but I don't actually see anything new or different. Perhaps you could forgive my narrow vision and help by illuminating the differences between your plan and the old plans? She offers up a small smile and tilts her head to the side. |

The simple fact is that this concept has never been applied to a single business district for the purpose of increasing business acumen (sorry, couldn't think of a better term for RP) before. That is the sort of striking difference a child could spot. In the past, it had always been employed as primarily a money making scheme; as the Stock Exchange of old would demonstrate. Perhaps it is not as absolutely, one hundred percent unique as would you like it to be, though. The fact that a scheme somewhat reminiscent of something else that was brought forward in a totally different capacity seems to stick in your throat somewhat; or do you just not like to see people try to better themselves or the community in which they work? |
