| Undead's DontCall-ItALoanShop Grand Opening | Started by: Phantom-Ghost on Jan 20, '09 20:27 |

Handing an unopened bottle of Jameson to DontCall-ItAComeback, Phantom-Ghost turns to the small crowd gathered around the building on the north side of the Windy City... Ladies and gentlemen, mafioso of all ranks, I welcome you to the first of several business ventures in Chicago. The grand opening of DontCall-ItALoanShop. Here you may come, in this wonderful business district of Chicago and borrow money for whatever needs you may have. Maybe you don't quite have the cash for that new suit, or you're looking to buy another bodyguard because you hear rumors of war and want to be safe. Maybe you want to gamble, or maybe you're even a Crew Leader looking to upgrade your HQ now and pay it back later. DontCall-ItAComeback? Phantom-Ghost hands over the speech to DontCall-ItAComeback who steps forward, waiting just a second, as the crow waits on his every word. The point my fabulous boss is trying to get at is that we frankly don't care why you need money. We won't ask, and you don't have to tell. All you need to do is come on down to Chicago's Business District and walk right in. I'll explain everything to you at the door, and you'll be happily on your way in no time. Once we meet here in my office, you are welcome to mail me any time you need another loan. To the Crew Leaders of the other six fair cities... I understand that you own the business districts of your respective cities. Well, I assure you that opening a DCIALS branch in your city will be well worth your time. Any negotiations are welcome if the interest sparks you. And for customers of mine who spread the word, I might be willing to make that worth your while as well, just ask. Either way, if you find yourself in Chicago with empty pockets, don't forget that cash is just around the corner. DontCall-ItAComeback turns from the crowd and smacks the neck of the bottle of Jameson on the door handle of the office, breaking it clean off. Amidst the applause of the gathered crowd, DontCall-ItAComeback and Phantom-Ghost share a drink, a veritable toast to prosperity, and good business times ahead. |

Upon seeing this notice I became very interested; having a stake in the Las Vegas Bank of Gamblers (LVBG), I thought it may well affect me and my business associates. After a quick discussion with my esteemed colleague, Frijj; I set off on a cross country journey on my trusty 3 wheeled unicycle. Making the trip in record time, ol' thunder thighs here headed straight to the financial district. After checking out our rivals in the loan business on behalf of the LVBG, I feel it is only prudent to point out that we offer a broader and more structured service than our counterparts in Chicago. |

I hardly think my grand opening thread is the place for advertising. But perhaps that's just me... though I doubt it. |

I think it is exactly the sort of place that I should say. THESE GUYS SUCK. COME TO LAS VEGAS INSTEAD WHERE WE OFFER MUCH BETTER RATES WITH NO HIDDEN COSTS. But I won't because that would be very nasty of me and not very buisness like at all. Instead I will keep that to myself and concentrate on building our loan service up slowly and surely.. Good luck nn your venture Mr. Ghost. Tips hat and walks away |

Rourkey pours himself a glass of whiskey and drinks half before throwing the rest in LuckyLuciano's face I'm always up for a little market competition. In this era of free enterprise, I'm looking to quickly raise some capital in order to start a lovely little flower shop where Mirage and I can maintain a legitimate business in the faces of mobsters everywhere. I will contact both groups regarding loans and we will see which one of you may earn my business. Rourkey gives Mirage a quick peck on the cheek and departs. |

I hope you aren't referring to me, good sir. I am in need of quick capital and have messaged both KingOfOnePercent and DontCall-ItAComeback regarding loans and I am in the process of negotiations. Unfortunately, I am currently unable to fly to either Chicago or Las Vegas since my flights are delayed. Would you be so kind as to inform me of your rates? |

DCIAC would be happy to get back to you when he gets back into the office. No rates are talked about publicly. |

People of the street. I have come here to offer you all an apology for what I said out loud earlier. It seems I said what I was thinking at the time and for this I am very very sorry. Mr. Ghost has requested that I apologise to him and his co-worker for slandering his loan business and I would like to point out it is probably a very good place to get a loan. Sorry for any offence caused. |
