| its the chat system provided by the game, it is a faster way to communicate with family members and other players in the game. You can use it to ask others for drugs prices and jailbreaks. Simply go to the chat tab and click "text chat". if you want to make a nickname to use in the chat, go to the management tab and click IRC nicks. the directions should tell you what to do there. | |
