I was wondering if there is a reasonable explanation for being able to see the locals for all districts with 1 click.

Surely from a RP standpoint I would only be able to 'see' the characters in my district, not across town.

I can't shoot or PP over districts so not too sure why we can see over them?

What I propose is that the user can only see the other players in the district that they are in. This would make wars more challenging & the game more realistic without making things impossible with such short travel time across districts.

While I am discussing districts can anyone confirm that witness statements are district dependent? If not I believe they should be. (I have searched the forum but couldn't find anything on either issue)

Any comments / feedback is greatly appreciated.

At the moment, The locals, Like all things district-division related, is in a sort of midway phase. Shooting, and PPing are divided by district, but OCs are divided by City, as are jails.
