Alright This is about changing up the OC's they are fine now but I'm thinking they could be better to start off OC's should have specific targets and some should only be done in certain areas. With the Steal from an Art Gallery OC we should be able to do it in the Wealthy Area of the City Take NY for example We should be able to do that OC in Manhattan instead of The Bronx or Staten Island Pretty much just being able to do certain OC's in certain Districts. Does this make much of a difference? No not really but its a start.

A few more OC's like interrupting a drug deal which could either earn you drugs instead of money depending on the outcome it could be random. Smuggling Drugs across the border, Kidnapping, and more.

Another Idea would be adding a Big OC that can only be done once every two weeks I was gonna say once a month but people die quickly. In a Big OC you would hit a big target like Robbing the central bank or something it would take a lot of planning and since the payout is huge you can only participate in or plan one once every 2 weeks failure or success.

With OC's the partcipants should be given roles like The Muscle, The Wheels, Safecracker and gunman.The Muscle acts as well dumb muscle they are there to get the job done and rough up anybody but also act as a lookout. The Wheels would serve as a driver to help the crew drive away or escape the cops if it goes wrong. A Safecracker helps cracks a safe depending on the job and also helps the crew reach certain areas like a locked door to hide in if being chased on foot. The gunman helps take out a target or get rid of the cops as the crew tries to get away. These roles work better with a persons stats (ex. A person with a Good marksmanship skill could be a good gunman,someone with good physique and intimidation could be good muscle and so on) So it would be beneficial if you use people who you know have good skills.
