As you stroll through the streets passing from one soap box to another, a large crowd is noticeable just ahead. You decide to check out what all the comotion is about. A relatively familiar face stands in the middle of the group, deciding if it got everyone else attention you might as well check it out. You squeeze your way past fellow mafioso to reach the cause of the crowding. As you get within ear shot he yells out "How about you sir?" Unsure of what he is talking about you shout back "What about me? Whats going on here?" LessThan with a stunned look on his face scans the crowd looking for their reactions to your remark then back to you "Well of course I am talking about a Pay Day. I sir, am holding a simple raffle that lasts through to tonight at Jan. 31, 23:59. The pay out could be HUGE just depends on the turn out. I am selling raffle tickets, yes sir raffle tickets for a mere 10,000 for your first and if you so much as wish to up your odds then i so much as wish to up the price to 50,000 for your second ticket. I tested this idea out within the HQ and it was a success with the winner buying two tickets for 60,000 and walking away with 750,000 big ones!!!
