I seen a guy who was 3 days old and it still says "too young to wack" What does that mean? The game says I can wack anybody as long as I am not 3 ranks below them. |

| I'm guessing the person was either a citizen or thug; you'll have to wait until they get promoted to gangster. That will happen either next time they log on, or after seven days. | |
