Starting today, all issues related to comments said in game/out of game, in character/out of character,  by current/former members of this game will be deferred to the member's upper structure to handle (or in the event of IRC, the Ops of the channel)

The administration can get involved after the upper structure has demonstrated that it is outside of their power to handle the situation (such as the player still has 23 hours left of protection on their civilian account), or has exhausted every means at their disposal to handle the situation, and it still has proven to be ineffectual. The party involved and a member of the upper structure can come to the administration and lay out all the details of the situation, and all attempts made to rectify it.

At the end of the day, the upper structure is tasked with policing their own members and ensuring problems stay isolated and are non reoccurring.  Failure to do so will result in disciplinary actions to those responsible where gross negligence is obvious.
