Phantom, a familiar face at this point walks down the streets as he normally does at this time of night. Observing and smoking a cigarette as usual. He walks with determination, a sense of accomplishment on his face. He approaches the coveted soap box, and waits for his Right Hand: ProphetOfDeath to arrive. Moments later, ProphetOfDeath pulls up in a car, a few men get out as does he. He stands next to PG, looks at his watch, and gives him the nod. Ladies and Gentlemen, if I may please have your attention. As I sit and watch families grow, and multiply, I see the possibility of growth within Chicago. I don't want to add to chaos, I want to follow the footsteps of the other fair leaders and apply a structure within Chicago as well. Personally I see the new suits running around and I see good fits and carefully chosen individuals. I invite you all to look at the Crew Directory and think not "Wow, what the hell?" but rather "Opportunity and Order". With that being said I'm not here to announce a new auth or a new family, so much as I am to announce a partnership. Tonight, upon the conclusion of my speech a captain will be set up in the fair city of Chicago to assist me in recruitment, my own order, and general odd jobs. Though physically we may be separate, he is still under me. We will slowly be trading members and it will gradually become a system to ensure family remains with me, and crew members remain with him. The purpose is so not to shock all members and cause a type of sudden halt in business at any given time. All that said, I feel it is time to announce a dear member of my family, my brother, and drinking buddy: MyObsessionWithFire. Will begin his own branch of my family within Chicago. Congratulations, my friend. Well deserved. |
