Hayley steps out into the streets rather excited. With a smile, she walks up to the stage.
As I take a look around our community lately, I have noticed a lot of change. Some great new faces, hopefully with wonderful ideas. I have always believed in giving people a chance, and bringing more diversity around here. I see so many of the cities growing, and I want the same for Chicago. This is a way to help our city flourish, and bring new life here.
So I come here today to present a new auth. Not the normal auth, but a captain that will be working with me. She will work along side my family, helping to provide knowledge for new gangsters, creative ideas for our city, and a helping hand to me.
Someone who has worked hard for me, and done so much for my family. So full of knowledge, a sense of family and respect, and a very hard worker. She has proven to me her stellar leadership skills, and ability to take care of a family. After taking a good look at my family, she was the first person to come to mind. I am ecstatic to be able to provide her with this chance, and know she will do great things in Chicago.
So I now present you my own LH, DravenLynn. Draven, I will miss you dearly. It will be a huge loss to the angels, but a great gain for our city. I know you will do well, and I wish you the best with your new family.

Congratulations Draven, we haven't ever really spoken but I have only heard great things about you. Hayley couldn't have picked a better leader for this new crew, and I'm sure you will make a great addition to Chicago's team of leaders, and be a big part of keeping it one of the greatest of the seven cities.
