I honestly don't mind the whole 303303 and their trolling etc.While,some of the things they do(like Desmand pulling up ancient characters to make a point) disgusts me but on the whole...they are here to have fun, same as the rest of us and speaking from the outside, they seem to be having fun doing whatever it is they want to do and they don't really diminish my 'Moofia experience'...but that's just me.

However, the recent shooting of Klaaben over the thread was something I found quite appalling. For a group of self proclaimed tier 1 trolls, you honestly can't take any trolling back? 

The thread "What Klaaben Saw" depicts a fictional tale of a confrontation between two wise guys which Klaaben happens to witness when conducting his rounds. If you read that thread, it is evident Klaaben is thinking about the events transpiring before his eyes (this is why those statements quoted by Desmand are italicised because they are meant to represent his thoughts) and drawing conclusions based upon them. The people are fictional. The "digs" as you called them are made towards imaginary people, because they are talking complete garbage. If I wanted to insult people infinitely more powerful than myself, I'd have found a better way of doing it so I didn't catch a bullet. 

If you read most stories in the streets people depict events and things they've done that would see them face reprimands from their leaders, shooting without permission, killing people etc. but that is fine because none of it actually happened. Same with this. The reason I said I don't have an issue with Klaaben dying isn't because I'm accepting that he called you all smackheads or fucking idiots, because he didn't. Desmand's third quote is misleading in that regard, given it was taken out of context from this thread made after Klaaben was already dead and didn't prove in any way shape or form that those people were the target. I accepted Klaaben's death because ultimately he was a Goomba who hadn't earned the right to do shit. If his story pissed off important people, regardless of his intention, he was squashable and can therefore be squashed. He wasn't anyone's family, he hadn't taken any vows and he hadn't made his bones. There is a difference.

Either way, that isn't what this thread is about. He died, he's gone, so long etc. This thread is about opening people's eyes to what they have been doing and the effect that has on other people outside of themselves. To me, as someone unaffiliated (note I don't say against or for as I don't know any of them) with the ruling powers and their tier 1 trollerino buddies, the whole thing cheapens the experience for me. There are much better ways that you can express yourselves, still have your jokes and not compromise the genre at the same time.

DanTheMan, I'm not suggesting that this is restricted entirely to the upper structures because people have always tagged on to the jokes they thought would score them points with the most powerful players of the time. Remember "Rourke" anyone? However, whilst they aren't the only ones, the upper structures are doing this with the most regularity in a lot of different threads from what I've seen and doing so is going to be establishing the precedent for what those beneath them do for the same reason people adopt the terminology in the first place, they want to fit in. If they wind it in, so will those who follow in their wake.

I'm not sure if the Jeddy line is to me, because I didn't attack him over anything.
